ISO 14001 environmental management standard is a requirement for our suppliers. These standards for environmental management and human rights are an integral part of the terms and conditions for suppliers and are employed throughout our global supply base. Ford has specific Global Terms and Conditions which reflect the business environment we operate in. Acceptance of Ford's Global Terms and Conditions is a requirement and the contract for doing business with Ford.

We value our business relationships with you. These relationships are based solely on your performance in delivering quality parts or services, on time, at a fair price. You are neither expected nor required to offer gifts and social amenities in order to establish or maintain a healthy business relationship with us, and we discourage you from so doing. Ford employees who violate our policy are subject to disciplinary action, up to and including release from employment. We ask that you emphasize this policy to the individuals within your company transacting business with Ford.
