Welcome

The Ford Supplier Portal (FSP) is the forum for Ford Motor Company to connect with our supplier partners. Key features include:

  • Allows Suppliers secure access to the hundreds of internal Ford applications that Suppliers are required to interact with to fulfill their business obligations to Ford (information related to contracts, orders, shipments, payments, performance, and more)
  • FSP also provides a Document Library, including user manuals, policy documentation, Terms and Conditions, forms and Supplier Bulletins

Suppliers with an active relationship with Ford Motor Company and its Joint Ventures are required to register for access to the portal.

Detailed onboarding instructions are posted on the Help Page.

Migration from SAP BN to GCRP/GSDB Online: SAP BN for Onboarding is Decommissioned

Ford’s migration of supplier onboarding & maintenance activities from SAP BN to an enhanced version of GCRP / GSDB Online is approaching. This migration applies to supplier / site code creation & related data maintenance only. Sourcing & Purchase Order processes in SAP BN are not affected.

If your legal entity is registered in SAP BN, please review the latest Folder icon Supplier Communication & FAQs.

Review the full migration schedule within the communication. Plan to complete the “Actions Required Now” by March 20, 2025. Continue to use SAP BN to manage site updates & new site creation for registered legal entities until this date.

On March 21, 2025, all suppliers will begin using GSDB Online to manage site updates & new site creation.

If you have questions not addressed by the FAQs, contact SFORDAN1@ford.com. Include your 4-digit supplier legal entity and/or 5-digit site code in the email.
